1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zapewnienie dostępu do zewnętrznej sieci komputerowej. 2. Usługa winna polegać na: 1) zapewnieniu Uniwersytetowi Śląskiemu w Katowicach nielimitowanego dostępu do połączeń w zewnętrznej sieci komputerowej, realizowanych za pomocą 42 styków (punktów połączeń) pomiędzy urządzeniami sieciowymi Uniwersytetu Śląskiego a urządzeniami Wykonawcy. Wykaz styków, określający ich lokalizację i wymagane przepływności połączeń, podano w załączniku nr 2 do zaproszenia. Styk o przepływności 10 Gbps, za pomocą którego realizowane będzie połączenie do sieci Pionier, Geant i Internet, musi być redundantny (tzn. muszą istnieć dwa połączenia różnymi trasami do dwóch węzłów sieci Wykonawcy, znajdujących się w różnych lokalizacjach), 2) utrzymywaniu połączeń światłowodowych w relacjach określonych w załączniku nr 2 do zaproszenia, 1) realizacji wirtualnych sieci lokalnych (VLAN) pomiędzy jednostkami Uniwersytetu Śląskiego, 2) realizacji tranzytu ruchu sieciowego Uniwersytetu Śląskiego do sieci naukowych Pionier i Géant oraz do Internetu, 3) zapewnieniu administratorowi sieci komputerowej Uniwersytetu Śląskiego wsparcia technicznego operatora sieci Wykonawcy przez całą dobę we wszystkie dni roku 4) zapewnieniu Uniwersytetowi Śląskiemu możliwości uzyskiwania, w razie potrzeby, adresów IP znajdujących się w dyspozycji Wykonawcy, 5) zapewnieniu Uniwersytetowi Śląskiemu możliwości korzystania z: a) dostępu do ogólnoświatowego systemu autoryzacji sieci bezprzewodowej eduroam, b) dostępu do udogodnień dostępnych w sieci GÉANT (w zakresie i terminie ich obowiązywania), w szczególności do serwerowych i osobistych certyfikatów sieciowych TCS, c) bezpośredniego dostępu do ogólnopolskiej sieci optycznej Pionier, d) dostępu do udogodnień oferowanych w ramach projektu Platon (wideokonferencje, obliczenia kampusowe, system archiwizacji masowej, system IPTV HD - zgodnie z harmonogramem ich dostępności oraz regulaminem korzystania).
