Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie przez Wykonawcę (poprzez swoich pracowników i osoby współpracujące) na rzecz Zamawiającego doraźnych usług polegających na prowadzeniu pojazdów autobusowych Zamawiającego, w ramach wykonywania usług w zakresie publicznego transportu drogowego na terenie Gminy Miasto Szczecin i gmin sąsiadujących oraz czynności dodatkowych wynikających z realizacji tych zadań, a wykonywanych na terenie zajezdni Zamawiającego i polegających m.in. na przeprowadzaniu pojazdów przez stanowiska OC, myjni, tankowania pojazdów olejem napędowym oraz specjalistycznymi płynami eksploatacyjnymi, wprowadzaniu i wyprowadzaniu autobusów na kanały naprawcze w okresie 12 miesięcy i nie wcześniej niż od dnia 01.01.2027 r. Świadczenie przez Wykonawcę na rzecz Zamawiającego usług w zakresie prowadzenia pojazdów zamawiającego odbywać się będzie w ramach określonych przez Zamawiającego zadaniach przewozowych lub czynności dodatkowych, w określonych terminach i wymiarze wynikającym z otrzymanych grafików i potwierdzonych w treści każdorazowego zapotrzebowania. Wykonawca zobowiązany będzie w ramach prowadzonej przez siebie działalności zatrudniać i posiadać w dyspozycji kierowców, spełniających wymagania Zamawiającego oraz określone w przepisach ustawy z dnia 06.09.2001 r. o transporcie drogowym (tekst jednolity Dz. U. z 2025 r., poz. 1490 ze zm.), przepisach ustawy z dnia 20.06.1997 r. - Prawo o ruchu drogowym (Dz. U. z 2024r. poz. 1251 ze zm.), oraz w przepisach wykonawczych do wymienionych ustaw. Wykonawca w terminie 7 dni od dnia podpisania umowy przedstawi listę osób (kierowców) przewidzianych do realizacji usług na rzecz Zamawiającego, celem jej akceptacji przez Zamawiającego. W przypadku zatrudniania kolejnych osób w trakcie obowiązywania umowy, Wykonawca zobowiązany będzie do bieżącej aktualizacji listy kierowców. Dotyczy również osób z usług, których Wykonawca zrezygnował. Szczegółowe informacje dotyczące opisu oraz zakresu przedmiotu zamówienia zawarte są w SWZ.
