1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług przewozowych publicznego transportu zbiorowego na obszarze działalności Jurajskiego Związku Powiatowo-Gminnego „Komunikacja Jurajska”. 2. Zakres przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje świadczenie usług regularnego przewozu osób na następujących liniach wchodzących w skład sieci komunikacyjnej, której organizatorem jest Jurajski Związek Powiatowo-Gminny „Komunikacja Jurajska”: 1) 113 Nierada - Korwinów 2) 114 Częstochowa, Dworzec Autobusowy - Nierada 3) 153 Częstochowa, ul. Piłsudskiego - Zawodzie 4) 168 Częstochowa, ul. Piłsudskiego - Nierada 3. Przedmiot zamówienia należy zrealizować w oparciu o założenia określone w Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia (załącznik nr 10 do SWZ) oraz na zasadach i warunkach określonych we wzorze umowy obejmującym projektowane postanowienia umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego, które zostaną wprowadzone do treści tej umowy (załącznik nr 11 do SWZ). Wszystkie wymagania określone w dokumentach wskazanych powyżej stanowią wymagania minimalne, a ich spełnienie jest obligatoryjne. Niespełnienie ww. wymagań minimalnych będzie skutkować odrzuceniem oferty jako niezgodnej z warunkami zamówienia na podstawie art. 226 ust. 1 pkt 5 ustawy Pzp.
