Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług konserwacyjnych oraz wykonywania drobnych napraw w budynku Ministerstwa Funduszy i Polityki Regionalnej przy ul. Wspólnej 2/4 w Warszawie, polegające na wykonywaniu usług w dwóch zakresach: 1) Zakres nr 1 - świadczenie usług konserwacyjnych poprzez zapewnienie w budynku MFiPR dyżuru trzech pracowników: jednego w zakresie usług konserwacyjnych elektrycznych i dwóch w zakresie usług konserwacyjnych ogólnych; 2) Zakres nr 2 - naprawa uszkodzonych gniazd sieci komputerowej LAN poprzez wymianę uszkodzonych elementów gniazd komputerowych sieci LAN, w tym modułów RJ-45 gniazd, puszek, pokryw gniazd i zaślepek lub całych gniazd, w zależności od stopnia uszkodzenia i rodzaju naprawianego gniazda. 2. Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ) zawarty jest w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ - Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ) Z Wykonawcą, którego oferta zostanie uznana za najkorzystniejszą, zostanie zawarta umowa na warunkach, określonych w PPU. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość wprowadzenia zmian do zawartej umowy, na podstawie art. 455 ustawy, w sposób i na warunkach szczegółowo opisanych w PPU. 3. Stosownie do dyspozycji art. 95 ust. 1 ustawy, Zamawiający wymaga, aby osoby świadczące usługi konserwacyjne w ramach dyżurów, niezależnie od tego, czy są to osoby zaangażowane przez Wykonawcę bezpośrednio, czy też przez jego podwykonawcę, były zatrudnione w pełnym wymiarze czasu pracy na podstawie umowy o pracę w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 26 czerwca 1974 r. Kodeks pracy. 4. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość odbycia przez Wykonawców wizji lokalnej. Zasady przeprowadzenia wizji lokalnej zostały określone w SWZ. 5. Zamawiający wymaga wniesienia wadium w wysokości 15 000,00 zł na zasadach określonych w SWZ. 6. Zamawiający zastrzega, że może najpierw dokonać badania i oceny ofert, a następnie dokonać kwalifikacji podmiotowej Wykonawcy. 7. Zamawiający nie wymaga wniesienia zabezpieczenia należytego wykonania umowy. 8.
