1) Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie przez Wykonawcę usługi okresowych przeglądów technicznych, konserwacji i napraw pogwarancyjnych systemu chirurgii robotowej da Vinci Xi na rzecz Samodzielnego Publicznego Zakładu Opieki Zdrowotnej Wojewódzkiego Szpitala Zespolonego im. Jędrzeja Śniadeckiego w Białymstoku, zwanego dalej: Zamawiającym. 2) Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1 do zaproszenia (formularz cenowy) oraz załącznik nr 7 do zaproszenia (projekt umowy). 3) Projekt umowy stanowiący załącznik nr 7 do zaproszenia jest integralną częścią niniejszej dokumentacji i zapisy w nim zawarte traktuje się jako warunki udzielenia zamówienia.
