1. Wsparcie techniczne producenta Oprogramowania objęte niniejszym postępowaniem stanowi usługę powszechnie dostępną na rynku (typu Commercial off-the-shelf - COTS). Przedmiot zamówienia nie obejmuje jakichkolwiek prac instalacyjnych czy konfiguracyjnych, a jedynie przedłużenie wsparcia producenta. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ), który stanowi załącznik nr 1 do SWZ oraz w Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy (PPU), który stanowi załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
