Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowa organizacja i przeprowadzenie kursu pn. „Monitoring od budowy do praktycznego działania” dla maksymalnie 25 uczestników projektu „Gdańsk Miastem Zawodowców - Etap II”, podzielonych na 2 grupy szkoleniowe liczące po ok. 12-13 osób. Kurs będzie realizowany stacjonarnie na terenie Gdańska, w okresie do 12 miesięcy od zawarcia umowy, w wymiarze co najmniej 20 godzin zegarowych, w tym 9 godzin zajęć teoretycznych i 11 godzin zajęć praktycznych. Zakres obejmuje w szczególności przygotowanie programu i harmonogramu, zapewnienie wykwalifikowanej kadry, materiałów dydaktycznych, sprzętu i zaplecza technicznego do zajęć praktycznych, przeprowadzenie zajęć, walidacji efektów uczenia się poza godzinami zajęć, wydanie zaświadczeń/certyfikatów oraz przygotowanie pełnej dokumentacji realizacji usługi. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość jednokrotnego wznowienia wykonania tych samych usług dla kolejnych 25 uczestników, na warunkach określonych w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy (PPU) stanowiących załącznik nr 4 do SWZ. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz warunki jego realizacji zostały określone w Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia (załącznik nr 1 do SWZ) oraz projektowanych postanowieniach umowy (załącznik nr 4 do SWZ).
