Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: 1) świadczenie przez wykonawcę kompleksowych usług utrzymania i rozwoju Systemu dla Systemu Rejestracji i Ewidencji Firm Audytorskich STREFA PANA (zwany dalej: Systemem), eksploatowanego w środowisku infrastruktury chmurowej, wraz z: a) zapoznaniem się z Systemem przed przystąpieniem do realizacji usługi utrzymania Systemu, na podstawie dokumentacji i kodów źródłowych, którymi dysponuje Zamawiający; b) administracją usługi publicznej chmury obliczeniowej, przeznaczoną dla Systemu, zapewnioną przez zamawiającego. 2) rozwój Systemu w maksymalnym wymiarze 11 000 roboczogodzin (zamówienie podstawowe - 4000, opcja - 7000), w oparciu o usługę publicznej chmury obliczeniowej wraz z: a) dostarczeniem zamawiającemu modyfikacji Systemu, w tym przekazanie kodów źródłowych (nieskompilowanych) i kodów wynikowych Oprogramowania, wraz z Dokumentacją; b) wdrożeniem modyfikacji Systemu w Infrastrukturze Systemu, c) wytworzeniem, przekazaniem zamawiającemu, a także przeniesieniem na zamawiającego autorskich praw majątkowych do utworów wytworzonych w ramach realizacji zamówienia, d) udzieleniem gwarancji na System, 3) świadczenie przez wykonawcę usług tranzycyjnych oraz wykonanie przekazania końcowego. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w załączniku nr 1 do projektowanych postanowień umowy - stanowiących Załącznik nr 1 do specyfikacji warunków zamówienia (SWZ).
