Description

1) Przedmiotem zamówienia łącznie są: 1. Dostawa Centralnego Systemu Informacji Pasażerskiej WTP (cSIP), składającego się co najmniej z: a) centralnej aplikacji publikującej dane rozkładowe w formacie GTFS/NeTEx, propagującej treści pasażerskie oraz nadzorującej nośniki e-ink informacji pasażerskiej, b) komponentu aplikacji modelującego predykcję odjazdu pojazdów WTP z przystanków komunikacji miejskiej i prezentującego ją na nośnikach e-ink oraz publikującego dane o lokalizacji pojazdów w formacie GTFS-RT/SIRI, i który będzie realizował co najmniej poniższe potrzeby podróżnych:  - zapewniał łatwy dostęp do rozkładów jazdy i tras;   - zapewniał szybką informację o opóźnieniach, zmianach lub awariach; - zapewniał intuicyjną i jednoznaczną dynamiczną i statyczną informację przystankową (offline i online). Ponadto, system będzie umożliwiał:  - szybką aktualizację informacji przystankowej w przypadku zmian przebiegu linii autobusowych lub tramwajowych; - szybką i masową aktualizację rozkładów jazdy w przypadku ich zmiany; - prezentowanie informacji dodatkowych (powiadomień, ostrzeżeń) na nośnikach- wykorzystywanych przez ZTM, w tym na wszystkich lub wybranych przystankach (poprzez system tablic elektronicznych). 2. Utrzymanie w sprawności działania dostarczonego oprogramowania. 3. Świadczenie usług wsparcia i gwarancji przez okres 60 miesięcy od odbioru oprogramowania. 2) Zamawiający wymaga zatrudnienia na podstawie umowy o pracę, o którym mowa w art. 95 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp przez cały okres realizacji Przedmiotu Zamówienia: Kierownika Projektu - zgodnie z zapisami § 6 projektu Umowy. 3) Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, zakres prac i ich realizacji określa Załącznik nr 1 do Umowy oraz Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia.
