Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi przygotowywania i dostarczania posiłków dla pacjentów Bielskiego Centrum Psychiatrii- Olszówka w Bielsku-Białej Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie przez okres 12 miesięcy usługi przygotowywania i dostarczania 7 dni w tygodniu posiłków obejmującym: śniadanie, obiad (zupa, drugie danie, kompot) oraz kolację - szacunkowo dla 70 pacjentów Bielskiego Centrum Psychiatrii - Olszówka w Bielsku-Białej: Oddziału Psychiatrycznego Ogólnego oraz Oddziału Rehabilitacyjnego Psychiatrycznego; Usługa przygotowywania i dostarczania drugiego śniadania - szacunkowo dla 49 pacjentów oddziałów dziennych BCP zlokalizowanych w Bielsku -Białej (jeden z Oddziałów znajduje się w lokalizacji ul. Krasińskiego 28), pięć dni w tygodniu od poniedziałku do piątku z wyjątkiem dni ustawowo wolnych od pracy.; Usługa przygotowywania i dostarczania drugiego śniadania - szacunkowo dla 20 pacjentów oddziału dziennego BCP zlokalizowanego w Czechowicach - Dziedzicach ul. Kasprowicza 48, pięć dni w tygodniu od poniedziałku do piątku z wyjątkiem dni ustawowo wolnych od pracy.; Świadczenie przez okres 12 miesięcy usługi przygotowywania i dostarczania 7 dni w tygodniu posiłków, zgodnie z zatwierdzonym przez Zamawiającego jadłospisem obejmującym: śniadanie (w tym co najmniej pięć dni w tygodniu zupa mleczna), obiad (zupa, drugie danie, kompot) oraz kolację dla 18 pacjentów Ośrodka Rehabilitacyjnego dla Uzależnionych od Substancji Psychoaktywnych zlokalizowanego w Bielsku-Białej ul. Kaszyska 40A.
