Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia są Kompleksowe usługi w zakresie przygotowania i realizacji kampanii informacyjno-edukacyjnych Ministerstwa Klimatu i Środowiska. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz warunki jego realizacji zostały przedstawione w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ, który stanowi wzór umowy wraz z załącznikami. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość unieważnienia postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia, na podstawie art. 257 pkt 1 ustawy, jeżeli środki, które zamierza przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie zamówienia, nie zostaną mu przyznane. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość dokonania zmian umowy w zakresie zastosowania prawa opcji. Zasady wykorzystania opcji zostały opisane we wzorze umowy. Wartość szacunkowa zamówienia: 14 788 617,88 zł netto, w tym wartość prawa opcji: 6 089 430,89 zł netto wartość zamówienia podstawowego: 8 699 186,99 zł netto. Szczegóły w zakresie wynagrodzenia znajdują się w paragrafie 12 wzoru umowy (Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ) Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie kompleksowych usług informacyjno-edukacyjnych, w szczególności planowania, strategii, kreacji, produkcji materiałów kreatywnych oraz zakupu mediów i emisji -w ramach Kampanii na rzecz Zamawiającego.
