3.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest opracowanie Projektu zgodnie z obowiązującym Prawem Budowlanym, Rozporządzeniem Ministra Rozwoju i Technologii z dnia 20 grudnia 2021r. w sprawie szczegółowego zakresu i formy dokumentacji projektowej, specyfikacji technicznych wykonania i odbioru robót budowlanych oraz programu funkcjonalno-użytkowego (dokumentacji projektowej obejmującej projekt zagospodarowania terenu, architektoniczno-budowlany i techniczny) dla: przebudowy magistrali wodociągowej 2x1400, wraz z komorami technologicznymi, na odcinku od komory KZ6 na terenie SUW Mosina do komory K12W13 w ramach zadania inwestycyjnego nr 3-05-15-058-0 Poznań i gminy - magistrala wschodnia i komory wodociągowe wraz z uzyskaniem prawomocnej decyzji pozwolenia na budowę robót budowlanych albo uzyskania zaświadczenia o braku podstaw do wniesienia sprzeciwu przez organ administracji architektoniczno-budowlanej przyjmujący zgłoszenie budowy odpowiednio dla przedmiotowego zadania (AQUANET S.A. dopuszcza uzyskanie decyzji pozwolenia na budowę w formie elektronicznej. To czy pozwolenie na budowę będzie uzyskiwane w formie papierowej czy elektronicznej pozostaje do decyzji Wykonawcy) oraz pełnienie nadzoru autorskiego w fazie realizacji robót wykonywanych na podstawie dokumentacji stanowiącej przedmiot zamówienia od dnia zawarcia umowy z Wykonawcą robót budowlanych do podpisania protokołu odbioru końcowego tych robót. Szczegółowe wymagania dotyczące Przedmiotu Zamówienia oraz wszelkie informacje dotyczące rozwiązań projektowych zawarte są w załączonych warunkach technicznych oraz ich uzupełnieniu, wydanych przez „AQUANET” S.A. stanowiących podstawę projektowania.
