Przedmiotem zamówienia jest opracowanie Projektu zgodnie z obowiązującym Prawem Budowlanym, Rozporządzeniem Ministra Rozwoju i Technologii z dnia 20 grudnia 2021r. w sprawie szczegółowego zakresu i formy dokumentacji projektowej, specyfikacji technicznych wykonania i odbioru robót budowlanych oraz programu funkcjonalno-użytkowego (dokumentacji projektowej obejmującej projekt zagospodarowania terenu, architektoniczno-budowlany i techniczny) dla budowy: sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej wraz z przyłączami w miejscowości Poznań w ramach zadania inwestycyjnego pn.: “5-05-21-206-1 Poznań - kanalizacja sanitarna w ul. Golęczewskiej i ul. Cerekwickiej” oraz uzyskać wszelkie, niezbędne zezwolenia i decyzje właściwych organów administracji, a w szczególności uzyskać prawomocną decyzję pozwolenia na budowę oraz pełnienie nadzoru autorskiego w fazie realizacji robót wykonywanych na podstawie dokumentacji stanowiącej przedmiot zamówienia od dnia zawarcia umowy z Wykonawcą Robót budowlanych do podpisania protokołu odbioru końcowego tych Robót. Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 8 do SWZ.
