Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej na modernizację instalacji dezynfekcji wody na SW Dąbrowa i SW Teofilów z podziałem na zdania: 1.1.Zadanie 1: Modernizacja instalacji dezynfekcji wody na SW Dąbrowa - ul. Bławatna 19/21, 93-232 Łódź. 1.2.Zadanie 2: Modernizacja instalacji dezynfekcji wody na SW Teofilów - ul. Traktorowa 208, 91-218 Łódź. 1.3.W ramach zamówienia Wykonawca opracuje dokumentację projektową na modernizację instalacji dezynfekcji wody na SW Dąbrowa i SW Teofilów” wraz z procesem technologii opartej na wytwarzaniu podchlorynu sodu z soli kuchennej w drodze elektrolizy jej roztworu. 1.4.Wykonawca jest zobowiązany do wykonania: a)dokumentacji projektowej (projekt budowlany i projekt wykonawczy) wraz z uzyskaniem wymaganych decyzji administracyjnych, uzgodnień i pozwoleń, b)pełnienia nadzoru autorskiego nad zgodnością realizowanej inwestycji z wykonaną Dokumentacją Projektową, c) udziału w postępowaniu o udzielenie zamówienia na wykonanie robót budowlanych. 1.5.Wykonawca w ramach ceny umownej udzieli gwarancji na przekazaną Dokumentację Projektową oraz przekaże Zamawiającemu prawa autorskie na warunkach określonych w umowie. Przedmiot zamówienia należy wykonać zgodnie z Opisem Przedmiotu Zamówienia, stanowiącym załącznik nr 8 do SWZ oraz zapisami projektu umowy zawartymi w załączniku nr 9 do SWZ.
