Przedmiotem zamówienia jest opracowanie inwentaryzacji budowlanej całkowitej oraz kompletnej dokumentacji projektowo - kosztorysowej zadania inwestycyjnego pn. „KWP Katowice - modernizacja budynków A, B, C, etap I z przystosowaniem do przepisów przeciwpożarowych budynków KWP w Katowicach przy ul. Lompy 19”. Dokumentacja projektowo - kosztorysowa wykonana w ramach niniejszego zamówienia powinna być zgodna z ustawą Prawo Budowlane i zaopatrzona w wykaz opracowań oraz pisemne oświadczenie Wykonawcy, że jest wykonana zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami oraz normami i że zostaje wydana w stanie kompletnym z punktu widzenia celu, któremu ma służyć. Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest m.in.: Opracowania na które składa się dokumentacja: • inwentaryzacji budowlanej całkowitej (wraz z inwentaryzacją branżową); • ekspertyzy p.poż. opisującej sposób dostosowania istniejących obiektów do obowiązujących przepisów przeciwpożarowych; • uzyskanie pozytywnego Postanowienia Śląskiego Komendanta Wojewódzkiego Państwowej Straży Pożarnej w Katowicach dotyczącego opracowanej ekspertyzy; • kompletnej koncepcji projektowej (Architektoniczno-budowlanej i branżowej) wraz z szacunkową wyceną rozwiązań zawartych w ekspertyzie (wraz z potencjalnymi zaakceptowanymi odstępstwami); • kompletnej dokumentacji budowlanej, technicznej,wykonawczej wraz z kosztorysem (inwestorskim, ślepym, przedmiarem robót). W wymaganym terminie Wykonawca przedłoży Zamawiającemu wielobranżową kompletną dokumentację projektową dla zadania inwestycyjnego w następującej ilości egzemplarzy: 1. Inwentaryzacja budowlana całkowita (wraz z inwentaryzacji branżową) - 5 egz. w wersji papierowej + 5 egz. na płycie CD; 2. Ekspertyza wraz z pozytywnym Postanowieniem Śląskiego Komendanta Wojewódzkiego Państwowej Straży Pożarnej w Katowicach - 5 egz. w wersji papierowej + 5 egz. na płycie CD; 3. Kompletna koncepcja projektowej (architektoniczno-budowlanej i branżowej) wraz z szacunkową wyceną rozwiązań zawartych w ekspertyzie (wraz z potencjalnymi zaakceptowanymi odstępstwami) - 5 egz. w wersji papierowej + 5 egz. na płycie CD; 4. Kompletna dokumentacja budowlana, techniczna,wykonawcza wraz z kosztorysem (inwestorskim, ślepym, przedmiarem robót) - 5 egz. w wersji papierowej + 5 egz. na płycie CD. Rozwinięcie opisu przedmiotu zamówienia stanowią załączniki do niniejszej SWZ. Lokalizacja przedmiotu zamówienia Komenda Wojewódzka Policji w Katowicach: ul. Lompy 19, 40-038 Katowice. Szczegółowe informacje dotyczące przedmiotu zamówienia Zamawiający opisał w załączniku nr 3 do SWZ - Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia. Wspólny Słownik Zamówień (CPV): 71221003-3 Usługi Architektoniczne w zakresie obiektów budowlanych. 71320000-7 Usługi inżynieryjne w zakresie projektowania.
