Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odnowienie wsparcia Veeam Data Platform Foundation Enterprise oraz subskrypcji Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365. Zamówienie podzielone jest na dwie części, zgodnie z poniższym: Część 1: Odnowienie wsparcia technicznego producenta posiadanego oprogramowania Veeam Data Platform Foundation Enterprise Część 2: Odnowienie subskrypcji na posiadane oprogramowanie Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 lub równoważne oraz wsparcie producenta. 2. Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia, zwany dalej „OPZ”, został zawarty odpowiednio w załączniku nr 1a i 1b do SWZ oraz w Projektowanych Postanowieniach Umownych (PPU) stanowiących odpowiednio załącznik nr 5a i 5b do SWZ. 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odnowienie wsparcia Veeam Data Platform Foundation Enterprise oraz subskrypcji Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365. Zamówienie podzielone jest na dwie części, zgodnie z poniższym: Część 1: Odnowienie wsparcia technicznego producenta posiadanego oprogramowania Veeam Data Platform Foundation Enterprise 2. Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia, zwany dalej „OPZ”, został zawarty w załączniku nr 1a do SWZ oraz w Projektowanych Postanowieniach Umownych (PPU) stanowiących załącznik nr 5a do SWZ. 3. Termin realizacji zamówienia: Część 1: 1) 12 miesięcy od dnia wygaśnięcia ważności posiadanych licencji, tj. od 20.11.2026 r.; 2) termin dostarczenia potwierdzenia wsparcia do 7 dni roboczych od dnia zawarcia umowy. 4. Ofertę sporządza się w języku polskim na Formularzu Oferty, zgodnie z załącznikiem nr 2a do SWZ. Wraz z ofertą Wykonawca jest zobowiązany złożyć: 1) dokumenty, z których wynika upoważnienie do podpisania oferty; tj. odpis lub informacja z Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego, Centralnej Ewidencji i Informacji o Działalności Gospodarczej lub innego właściwego rejestru lub odpowiednie pełnomocnictwa (jeżeli dotyczy); 2) JEDZ, o którym mowa w rozdziale IX ust. 1; 3) Oświadczenie, o którym mowa w rozdziale IX ust. 2, stanowiące załącznik nr 3 do SWZ; 4) uzasadnienie do zastrzeżenia informacji znajdujących się w ofercie jako tajemnica przedsiębiorstwa - o ile dotyczy;; Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odnowienie wsparcia Veeam Data Platform Foundation Enterprise oraz subskrypcji Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365. Zamówienie podzielone jest na dwie części, zgodnie z poniższym: Część 2: Odnowienie subskrypcji na posiadane oprogramowanie Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 lub równoważne oraz wsparcie producenta. 2. (obecne subskrypcje wygasają w dniu 30.12.2026 r.); 2) termin potwierdzenia odnowienia subskrypcji i wsparcia do 7 dni roboczych od dnia zawarcia umowy; 4. Ofertę sporządza się w języku polskim na Formularzu Oferty, zgodnie z załącznikiem nr 2b do SWZ. Wraz z ofertą Wykonawca jest zobowiązany złożyć: 1) dokumenty, z których wynika upoważnienie do podpisania oferty; tj. odpis lub informacja z Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego, Centralnej Ewidencji i Informacji o Działalności Gospodarczej lub innego właściwego rejestru lub odpowiednie pełnomocnictwa (jeżeli dotyczy); 2) JEDZ, o którym mowa w rozdziale IX ust. 1; 3) Oświadczenie, o którym mowa w rozdziale IX ust. 2, stanowiące załącznik nr 3 do SWZ; 4) uzasadnienie do zastrzeżenia informacji znajdujących się w ofercie jako tajemnica przedsiębiorstwa - o ile dotyczy; 5) dotyczy części 2 - dokumenty potwierdzające, że oferowane oprogramowanie spełnia wymagania w zakresie równoważności, zgodnie z OPZ - w sytuacji, gdy Wykonawca zaoferował rozwiązania równoważne. 5. Wykonawca w części 2 zamówienia w Formularzu Oferty, stanowiącym załącznik nr 2b do SWZ, jest zobowiązany wskazać jakie oprogramowanie oferuje, tj. oprogramowanie Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 czy równoważne. Pozostawienie niewypełnionego Formularza Oferty w tym zakresie będzie oznaczało, że Wykonawca oferuje oprogramowanie Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365. W przypadku zaoferowania rozwiązania równoważnego, Zamawiający wymaga, aby wraz z ofertą Wykonawca złożył dokumenty potwierdzające, że oferowane przez niego oprogramowanie spełnia wymagania w zakresie równoważności, zgodnie z OPZ. Wykonawca w Formularzu Oferty, stanowiącym załącznik nr 2b do SWZ, jest zobowiązany w przypadku zaoferowania rozwiązania równoważnego podać nazwę oferowanego oprogramowania równoważnego (co będzie stanowić treść oferty). Dokumenty, o których mowa powyżej, nie podlegają uzupełnieniu, co oznacza, że ich brak lub brak potwierdzenia spełnienia wymagań określonych w OPZ, w przypadku zaoferowania rozwiązania równoważnego, skutkować będzie odrzuceniem oferty Wykonawcy (podstawa prawna: art. 226 ust. 1 pkt 5 p.z.p.).
