1.1. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje sukcesywne realizowanie usług, czynności i prac dotyczących utrzymania zieleni wysokiej na terenie Gminy Miejskiej Kraków w latach: 2025 - 2027, obejmujące w szczególności zakres opisany w zamieszczonym Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ) oraz opisany w załączniku do ZiS (zakresie prac wraz z kosztorysem) w obrębie zieleni osiedlowej, zieleńców, ogródków jordanowskich, pasów drogowych, pozostałych terenów poza parkami zlokalizowanych na terenie dzielnic XVI, XVII. 1.2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia wraz z wzorem tabeli kalkulacyjnej (kosztorysie) został przedstawiony w Załącznikach A i B do ZiS. 2. Wykonawca powinien wypełnić oraz podpisać formularz oferty wraz z załącznikami lub złożyć ofertę odpowiadającą ich treści, przy użyciu kwalifikowanego podpisu elektronicznego, a następnie przesłać poprzez pocztę elektroniczną na adres Zamawiającego: przetargi@zzm.krakow.pl lub zgodnie z Instrukcją składania ofert dostępną pod adresem: https://platformazakupowa.pl/strona/45-instrukcje. 3. Wykonawca musi dołączyć do oferty wszystkie dokumenty i oświadczenia oraz załączniki przedstawione w ZiS podpisane przy użyciu kwalifikowanego podpisu elektronicznego. 4. Wykonawca musi zaoferować przedmiot zamówienia zgodny z wymaganiami Zamawiającego określonymi w ZiS. 5. Warunki realizacji zamówienia zawarte zostały w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy zawartych w ZiS. 1. Przedmiotem postępowania i zamówienia jest wyłonienie Wykonawcy usług w zakresie utrzymania zieleni wysokiej na terenie Gminy Miejskiej Kraków w latach: 2025 - 2027, dla Zarządu Zieleni Miejskiej w Krakowie. 1.1.
