Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług, polegających na wykonaniu zabiegów pielęgnacyjnych 78 egz. drzew rosnących na terenie trzech cmentarzy komunalnych w Tarnowie wraz z uprzątnięciem i zagospodarowaniem powstałego urobku (gałęzi, konarów, fragmentów pni, odrośli, liści oraz innych części roślin itp.) zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje wykonanie prac arborystycznych na drzewach zlokalizowanych na następujących cmentarzach: a) cmentarz komunalny Stary przy ul. Narutowicza - wpisany do rejestru zabytków (nr A-125 z dnia 18.06.1977 r.); b) cmentarz komunalny w Krzyżu przy ul. Spokojnej; c) cmentarz komunalny w Mościcach przy ul. Czarna Droga. Zakres prac obejmuje w szczególności: - cięcia sanitarne (usunięcie posuszu i obłamań); - cięcia redukcyjne (obniżenie wysokości drzew); - cięcia korygujące; - cięcia techniczne (usunięcie części gałęzi i odrośli kolidujących z elementami infrastruktury cmentarzy); - cięcia formujące; - cięcia prześwietlające; - usunięcie odrośli przy pniu (pniach) i na pniu (pniach); - montaż nowych wiązań elastycznych dynamicznych w koronach drzew lub wymiana istniejących. Szczegółowe określenie przedmiotu zamówienia zawierają „Opis przedmiotu zamówienia” (OPZ), stanowiący załącznik nr 1 do SWZ oraz programy prac, mapy, pozwolenie konserwatorskie i przedmiar prac, stanowiące załącznik nr 1a do SWZ. Dokumenty te stanowią integralną część opisu przedmiotu zamówienia i zawierają szczegółowe wytyczne dotyczące zakresu, technologii oraz sposobu wykonania prac.
