Description

1. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na następujące części: Zadanie nr 1: Rejon w Elblągu OD Elbląg Zadanie nr 2: Rejon w Elblągu OD Pasłęk Zadanie nr 3: Rejon w Szczytnie OD2 i OD3 Zadanie nr 4: Rejon w Szczytnie OD Mrągowo 4 2. Zamawiający zastrzega obowiązek osobistego wykonania przez Wykonawcę kluczowych zadań objętych przedmiotem zamówienia. a) Wykonawca jest zobowiązany osobiście wykonać zastrzeżone przez Zamawiającego, zgodnie z art. 121 ustawy Pzp, kluczowe zadania, tj. Wykonawca osobiście zapewni do realizacji zamówienia sprzęt w ilości wskazanej w kolumnie „d” tabeli „Wykaz wymaganych pojazdów ZUD (nośników do solarek i/lub pługów)” zamieszczonej w pkt. 8.2.4.3. IDW. b) Wykonawca może powierzyć podwykonawcy wykonanie pozostałych (niezastrzeżonych w pkt a) jako kluczowych) zadań. c) Zamawiający żąda wskazania w ofercie części zamówienia, której wykonanie powierzone zostanie podwykonawcom oraz podania nazw podwykonawców wraz z przedmiotem umów o podwykonawstwo, dla których są oni proponowani. d) Zamawiający żąda niezwłocznego informowania o wszelkich zmianach dotyczących podwykonawców, które wystąpią w trakcie wykonywania zamówienia; e) W odniesieniu do kluczowych zadań zastrzeżonych do osobistego wykonania przez Wykonawcę, Wykonawca nie może powoływać się na zdolności innego podmiotu, na zasadach określonych w art. 118 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp, w celu wykazania spełniania warunków udziału w postępowaniu. f) Pozostałe wymagania dotycząc podwykonawstwa zostały określone w Tomie II SWZ - PPU. 3. Wartość zamówienia powyżej 10.000.000,00 euro.
