Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług sprzętowo - transportowych przy zimowym utrzymaniu dróg powiatowych na terenie powiatu kieleckiego w sezonie zimowym 2025/2026 w podziale na 25 niezależnych zadań. Zimowe kompleksowe utrzymanie dróg powiatowych polega na utrzymaniu przejezdności na drogach powiatowych administrowanych przez Powiatowy Zarząd Dróg w Kielcach w okresie zimowym zgodnie z przyjętymi standardami, poprzez zwalczanie śliskości zimowej i odśnieżanie jezdni na drogach Powiatu Kieleckiego oraz utrzymywanie w pełnej gotowości technicznej i eksploatacyjnej środków transportowych wraz z osprzętem przewidzianym do zwalczania skutków zimy stanowiących własność Wykonawców. Materiał uszorstniający (mieszanka piaskowo-solna) wykorzystywany do zimowego utrzymania dróg stanowi własność Zamawiającego i nie stanowi przedmiotu zamówienia. Praca na wezwanie w zależności od warunków panujących na drogach. Szczegółowy zakres zamówienia oraz sposób jego realizacji i sposób płatności zawierają: Rozdział II: Wykaz dróg powiatowych do zimowego utrzymania z podziałem na zadania i trasy, Rozdział III: Szczegółowa Specyfikacja Techniczna, Rozdział IV: Standardy zimowego utrzymania dróg, oraz wzór umowy, stanowiący odpowiednio Załącznik nr 8 do SWZ. Zwalczanie śliskości i odśnieżanie dróg pługopiaskarką stanowiącą własność wykonawcy na nośniku średnim (własność wykonawcy) przy zastosowaniu materiału uszorstniającego pozostającego w dyspozycji Zamawiającego.
