Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług w zakresie bezpośredniej ochrony fizycznej stałej i doraźnej osób oraz mienia obiektów i terenów MEGREZ Sp. z o.o. tj. Wojewódzkiego Szpitala Specjalistycznego w Tychach, znajdującego się przy ul. Edukacji 102, 43-100 Tychy. Zakres przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje świadczenie usług w zakresie ochrony fizycznej, dozoru obiektów i terenów Zamawiającego, w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 22 sierpnia 1997 r. o ochronie osób i mienia (Dz.U.2025, poz..532. t.j.), a także polegającej na stałym dozorze sygnałów przesyłanych, gromadzonych i przetwarzanych w elektronicznych urządzeniach i systemach alarmowych Zamawiającego oraz zapewnienie podjazdów grupy patrolowo - interwencyjnej. Szczegółowy zakres zadania stanowi OPZ załącznik nr 10 do SWZ. Dodatkowe warunki realizacji zamówienia określa wzór umowy stanowiący załącznik nr 4 i 4.1 do SWZ w tym zasady i tryb zastosowania Prawa Opcji opisany w §10 ust.9 wzoru umowy i zgodnie z art.441 ustawy Pzp, polegający na przedłużeniu okresu obowiązywania umowy i świadczenia przez Wykonawcę usług objętych Przedmiotem umowy, na zasadach określonych dla zamówienia podstawowego - o okres nie dłuższy niż 12 miesięcy od dnia upływu terminu podstawowego okresu obowiązywania Umowy. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert częściowych.
