Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie usługi dotyczącej pełnienia nadzoru inwestorskiego nad realizacją zadania: Rozbudowa drogi wojewódzkiej nr 424 na odcinku Gwoździce-Odrowąż-Gogolin i drogi wojewódzkiej nr 415 na odcinku Gwoździce - Rogów Opolski Zadanie 2: Rozbudowa DW 424 od km 0+000,00 do km 1+680,00 oraz rozbudowa DW 415 na odcinku Rogów Opolski - Gwoździce od km 5+732,26 do km 7+908,71”, zgodnie z warunkami Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia. Kod i nazwa Wspólnego Słownika Zamówień: 71520000-9 - usługi nadzoru budowlanego, 71247000-1 - nadzór nad robotami budowlanymi. 2. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi nadzoru inwestorskiego nad robotami budowlanymi, kontrola rozliczeń finansowych zadania w branżach jak poniżej oraz wykonanie badań laboratoryjnych kontrolnych, zgodnie z załączonymi wykazami badań. Wykonawca zobowiązany będzie powołać „Zespół nadzoru inwestorskiego”, w skład którego wejdą zapewnieni przez wykonawcę inspektorzy branżowi, w szczególności: a) Inspektor branży drogowej, b) Specjalista technolog, c) Obsługa laboratoryjna, d) Inspektor branży sanitarnej (sieć kanalizacji sanitarnej (grawitacyjnej i tłocznej) i deszczowej oraz wodociągowa), e) Inspektor branży sanitarnej (sieć gazowa), f) Inspektor branży elektroenergetycznej (sieci elektroenergetyczne nN i SN oraz oświetlenie uliczne), g) Inspektor branży telekomunikacyjnej (sieć przewodowa), h) Specjalista ds. geodezyjnych, i) Specjalista geotechnik, j) Specjalista ds. rozliczeń. Koordynatorem obowiązków Umownych będzie Inżynier Rezydent Ponadto Wykonawca zobowiązuje się, w przypadku gdy skład „Zespołu Nadzoru Inwestorskiego” będzie niewystarczający dla kompleksowej realizacji usług, do zapewnienia i powołania innych niezbędnych branżystów w celu prawidłowej realizacji niniejszego zamówienia, w ramach wynagrodzenia zaoferowanego w ofercie. 3. Szczegółowy zakres zamówienia zawarty jest w dokumentacji projektowej, specyfikacjach technicznych wykonania i odbioru robót budowlanych oraz przedmiarach robót stanowiących załączniki do Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia.
