Przedmiotem zamówienia jest opracowanie ekspertyzy (Zadanie 1) oraz dokumentacji projektowo-kosztorysowej (Zadanie 2) do zapewnienia funkcjonalności miejsca doraźnego schronienia z podziałem na 4 części zamówienia: Część 1. w Szkole Podstawowej nr 5 przy ul. Cegielnianej 25 w Ozorkowie, Część 2. w Szkole Podstawowej nr 2 przy ul. Lotniczej 1 w Ozorkowie, Część 3. w budynku Urzędu Miasta przy ul. Stanisława Wigury 1 w Ozorkowie, Część 4. w budynku Urzędu Miasta przy ul. Listopadowej 16 w Ozorkowie w ramach zadania pn.: „Przygotowanie dokumentacji technicznej do zapewnienia funkcjonalności miejsc doraźnego schronienia - Obszar I - Obiekty zbiorowej ochrony”.
