Description

1) Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi polegające wykonaniu dokumentacji projektowo-kosztorysowej wraz z uzyskaniem pozwoleń środowiskowych i pozwoleń na budowę oraz nadzór autorski na wykonanie zadania minimalizującego negatywne skutki zjawisk naturalnych na terenie Leśnictwa Wierzysko w ramach „Kompleksowego Projektu Adaptacji Lasów I Leśnictwa Do Zmian Klimatu - Mała Retencja oraz Przeciwdziałanie Erozji Wodnej Na Terenach Nizinnych - Kontynuacja (MRN3). 2) Opis prac (czynności) oraz zakres rzeczowy i lokalizacja przedmiotu zamówienia wynika z Załącznika nr 2. 3) Zakres rzeczowy zawarty w Załączniku nr 2 ma charakter szacunkowy. 4) Opis procedury dokonywania odbiorów prac wykonanych w ramach zakończonych etapów został zawarty w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ. 5) Zamawiający nie dokonuje podziału zamówienia na części i tym samym nie dopuszcza składania ofert częściowych. 6) Miejscem realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia będzie obszar administracyjny Nadleśnictwa Kościerzyna - Leśnictwa Wierzysko w oddziałach 210w, 210cx, 210bc, 220a. Zgodnie z adresem administracyjnym miejscem miejsce realizacji zamówienia będzie położone w Powiacie: Kościerskim, w Gminie: Kościerzyna-Miasto, w obręb ewidencyjny 0007, na działce ewidencyjnej nr: 963. Wykonawca będzie zobowiązany do wykonania przedmiotu zamówienia zgodnego z zapisami „Podręcznika Wdrażania Projektu - Wytyczne do realizacji zadań i obiektów małej retencji i przeciwdziałania erozji wodnej” stanowiącego Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ.
