Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zaprojektowanie, wytworzenie, wdrożenie, uruchomienie, utrzymanie oraz rozwój Systemu URE 3.0, wspierającego kluczowe procesy realizowane przez Urząd Regulacji Energetyki. 2. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ pn. Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia. Pozostałe warunki dotyczące realizacji zamówienia zostały określone w Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy, które stanowią Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. 3. Zamawiający nie przewiduje możliwości udzielenia zamówienia, o którym mowa w art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 7 i 8 ustawy. 4. Zamawiający nie przewiduje przeprowadzenia przez Wykonawcę wizji lokalnej, natomiast Zamawiający informuje, że informacje zawarte w dokumentacji oraz kodach źródłowych, o których mowa w pkt. 3 SOPZ, mają charakter poufny i nie mogą być udostępniane osobom innym niż Wykonawcy. Zamawiający umożliwi Wykonawcom zapoznanie się z nimi zgodnie z pkt 3.9 SWZ. 5. Zamawiający wymaga wniesienia wadium. 6. Zamawiający wymaga wniesienia zabezpieczenia należytego wykonania umowy. 7. Zamawiający zastrzega, że może najpierw dokonać badania i oceny ofert, a następnie dokonać kwalifikacji podmiotowej Wykonawcy zgodnie z pkt 9.2 SWZ. 8. Pełny opis procedury, w tym opis i forma dokumentów składanych w postępowaniu znajduje się w Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia.
