Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa macierzy dyskowych wraz z podzespołami dla Urząd Regulacji Energetyki. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ pn. Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia. Pozostałe warunki dotyczące realizacji zamówienia zostały określone w Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy, które stanowią Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. Zamawiający nie przewiduje możliwości udzielenia zamówienia, o którym mowa w art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 7 i 8 ustawy. Zamawiający nie przewiduje przeprowadzenia przez Wykonawcę wizji lokalnej. Zamawiający wymaga wniesienia wadium. Zamawiający nie wymaga wniesienia zabezpieczenia należytego wykonania umowy. Zamawiający zastrzega, że może najpierw dokonać badania i oceny ofert, a następnie dokonać kwalifikacji podmiotowej Wykonawcy zgodnie z pkt 9.18 SWZ.
