Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Wydrukowanie oraz dostarczenie ulotek informacyjnych i plakatów w ramach kampanii informacyjno-edukacyjnej dotyczącej centralnej e-rejestracji rozwijanej w ramach projektu „e-Zdrowie KPO”, opisanych w OPZ. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ - Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia. 3. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ - Projektowane postanowienia umowy. SWZ. 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia Wydrukowanie oraz dostarczenie ulotek informacyjnych i plakatów w ramach kampanii informacyjno-edukacyjnej dotyczącej centralnej e-rejestracji rozwijanej w ramach projektu „e-Zdrowie KPO”. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ - Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia. 3. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych w Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy stanowiących Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
