1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wdrukowanie oraz dostarczanie materiałów informacyjno-promocyjnych w ramach działań Centrum e-Zdrowia. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ - Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia. 3. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ - Projektowane postanowienia umowy. SWZ. 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wdrukowanie oraz dostarczanie materiałów informacyjno-promocyjnych w ramach działań Centrum e-Zdrowia. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ - Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia. 3. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych w Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy stanowiących Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
