Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa obsługi wydruku na rzecz Izby Administracji Skarbowej w Lublinie i podległych jednostek organizacyjnych. 2. Realizacja przedmiotu umowy obejmuje: 1) wydzierżawienie oraz kompleksową obsługę serwisową 470 szt. stacjonarnych urządzeń wielofunkcyjnych i drukujących, w tym urządzeń drukujących na kopertach i blankietach zwrotnych potwierdzeń odbioru; 2) wydzierżawienie oraz kompleksową obsługę serwisową 13 szt. mobilnych drukarek termicznych; 3) kompleksową obsługę serwisową 131 szt. stacjonarnych urządzeń Zamawiającego; 4) zapewnienie materiałów eksploatacyjnych do 76 szt. atramentowych drukarek mobilnych Zamawiającego oraz 14 szt. drukarek stacjonarnych użytkowanych przez Zamawiającego, których właścicielem jest Lubelski Zarząd Obsługi Przejść Granicznych w Chełmie; 5) zapewnienie materiałów eksploatacyjnych (papier termiczny A4 ) do 5 szt. własnych mobilnych drukarek termicznych Zamawiającego; 6) zapewnienie możliwości drukowania, drukowania na kopertach oraz zwrotnych potwierdzeniach odbioru, kopiowania i skanowania dokumentów na urządzeniach wydzierżawionych (zwanych dalej urządzeniami Wykonawcy) i urządzeniach własnych Zamawiającego (zwanych dalej urządzeniami Zamawiającego); 7) przeszkolenie w miejscu instalacji urządzenia wskazanych pracowników Zamawiającego w zakresie podstawowej obsługi urządzenia; 8) udostępnienie na wniosek Zamawiającego platformy do zgłaszania awarii urządzeń. 3. Szczegółowy opis oraz zasady realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 7 do SWZ - Projekt umowy - wraz z załącznikami. 4. Dodatkowe wymagania związane z realizacją przedmiotu zamówienia dotyczące zatrudnienia osób na podstawie umowy o pracę określone zostały w rozdz. IV ust. 3 SWZ oraz w załączniku nr 7 do SWZ - Projekcie umowy.
