Przedmiotem zamówienia jest czarter jednostki pływającej wraz z załogą w celu odbycia dwóch rejsów na Svalbard w 2026 r., w tym: - przetransportowania osób i ładunków na trasie: dowolny port morski na terytorium RP - Svalbard - dowolny port morski na terytorium RP; - przetransportowania osób i ładunków na trasach lokalnych na terytorium Svalbardu. Planowane terminy i czas trwania rejsów: 1) Rejs 1: Czerwiec 2026 r. - ok. 21 dni w przypadku realizacji wyłącznie rejsu w celu transportu osób i towarów do PSP Hornsund i Longyearbyen (zamówienie gwarantowane); 2) Rejs 2: Sierpień/Wrzesień 2026 r.: - ok. 20 dni przy realizacji wyłącznie rejsów w celu transportu osób i towarów do PSP Hornsund i Longyearbyen (zamówienie gwarantowane); - dodatkowo 2 dni rejsu w trakcie realizacji Rejsu 2 transport ładunku i osób na trasie Longyearbyen - Ny-Alesund - Longyeeabyen (Opcja 1). Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia znajduje się w dokumentach zamówienia i stanowi Załącznik nr 1 do Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia (SWZ). Pozostałe wymagania związane z realizacją zamówienia określone zostały w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego, które zostaną wprowadzone do treści umowy.
