Zamówienie polega na przeprowadzeniu w ramach projektu badawczego pt. „Wypracowanie oraz wdrożenie jednolitego standardu jakości funkcjonowania publicznych służb zatrudnienia oraz systemu jego monitorowania” dofinansowanego ze środków EFS w ramach programu „Fundusze Europejskie dla Rozwoju Społecznego” trzyczęściowego badania ilościowego w 5 WOJEWÓDZTWACH POŁUDNIOWO - ZACHODNICH realizowanego za pomocą metody mixed mode design z zasadniczą techniką CAPI z uzupełniającym wykorzystaniem techniki CAWI - wśród klientów indywidulanych i instytucjonalnych powiatowych urzędów pracy (PUP) (n=4330), klientów indywidualnych agencji zatrudnienia (n=205) znajdujących się na terenie następujących województw: dolnośląskie, śląskie, małopolskie, podkarpackie, lubuskie i CAWI wśród klientów indywidualnych i instytucjonalnych następujących wojewódzkich urzędów pracy (WUP): WUP we Wrocławiu, WUP w Katowicach, WUP w Krakowie, WUP w Rzeszowie, WUP w Zielonej Górze (n=238). 5 WOJEWÓDZTW POŁUDNIOWO - ZACHODNICH Badanie klientów indywidualnych i instytucjonalnych WUP Realizacja badania ilościowego przeprowadzonego za pomocą metody mixed mode design z zasadniczą techniką CAPI z uzupełniającym wykorzystaniem techniki CAWI - wśród; 1. klientów indywidulanych i instytucjonalnych powiatowych urzędów pracy (PUP) (n=4330) w 111 PUP, 2. klientów indywidualnych agencji zatrudnienia (n=205) na terenie następujących 5 województw 1) dolnośląskiego, 2) śląskiego, 3) małopolskiego, 4) podkarpackiego, 5) Lubuskiego.
