Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa sprzętu medycznego do operacji laryngologicznych oraz chirurgii szczękowo - twarzowej. Przedmiot zamówienia składa się z 4 niepodzielnych zadań. Szczegółowy opis/warunki dotyczące przedmiotu zamówienia zawarto w projekcie umowy stanowiącym Załącznik numer 7 do Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia oraz: szczegółowe wymagania dotyczące parametrów techniczno-użytkowych lub środowiskowych przedmiotu zamówienia znajdują się w Załączniku numer 2b do Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia, to jest: w Formularzach Ofertowych (1) -(4) -„Zestawienie wymaganych parametrów techniczno-użytkowych’’ - odpowiednio dla każdego zadania. 6.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa: Tor wizyjny z instrumentarium do fess - 1 szt. 6.2. Przedmiot zamówienia musi być dopuszczony do obrotu i stosowania na terytorium Polski, jak również zgodny z obowiązującymi w tym zakresie przepisami prawnymi, musi posiadać wszelkie niezbędne atesty i inne dokumenty ujęte w SWZ. 6.3.
