Przedmiotem zamówienia są sukcesywne dostawy materiałów zużywalnych do hemodializy. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty został w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ tj. Formularze cenowo-techniczne dla zadań nr 1-6. Przedmiotem zamówienia są Sukcesywne dostawy zestawów linii krwi do hemodializy (z workiem) do posiadanych przez Zamawiającego aparatów Fresenius 4008 oraz zestawów linii krwi do posiadanych przez Zamawiającego aparatów Fresenius 5008v. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, jego zakres i wielkość zostały opisane w SWZ, w szczególności w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ dla danej części zamówienia.; Przedmiotem zamówienia są Sukcesywne dostawy igieł do hemodializy, w tym igieł tętniczych, żylnych oraz igieł do hemodializy typu Y, w rozmiarze 16 G.
