Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa wraz z wniesieniem pomocy dydaktycznych do pracowni kształcenia praktycznego w wyznaczonych szkołach: Pomorskiej Medycznej Szkole Policealnej w Słupsku, Pomorskiej Medycznej Szkole Policealnej w Starogardzie Gdańskim oraz Pomorskiej Medycznej Szkole Policealnej w Sztumie - zgodnie z asortymentem i ilościami określonymi w Załączniku nr 2 do IDW Formularzu asortymentowo - cenowym oraz zgodnie z Opisem Przedmiotu Zamówienia stanowiącym Część III SWZ. W ramach zamówienia należy uwzględnić: dostawę sprzętu do Zamawiającego, jego wniesienie, montaż, instalację, uruchomienie oraz przeszkolenie personelu (jeśli jest wymagane). Zakres przedmiotowy został szczegółowo opisany w załączeniu do niniejszej SWZ oraz we wzorze umowy - Część II SWZ. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera zestawienie parametrów technicznych - Część III SWZ. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia należy odczytywać wraz z ewentualnymi zmianami treści specyfikacji, będącymi np. wynikiem udzielonych odpowiedzi na zapytania wykonawców.; Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa wraz z wniesieniem pomocy dydaktycznych do pracowni kształcenia praktycznego w wyznaczonych szkołach: Pomorskiej Medycznej Szkole Policealnej w Słupsku oraz Pomorskiej Medycznej Szkole Policealnej w Sztumie - zgodnie z asortymentem i ilościami określonymi w Załączniku nr 2 do IDW Formularzu asortymentowo - cenowym oraz zgodnie z Opisem Przedmiotu Zamówienia stanowiącym Część III SWZ. W ramach zamówienia należy uwzględnić: dostawę sprzętu do Zamawiającego, jego wniesienie, montaż, instalację, uruchomienie oraz przeszkolenie personelu (jeśli jest wymagane).
