Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest dostawa aparatów do drenażu elektronicznego jamy opłucnej - 5 szt. w ramach projektu pn.: „Wzmocnienie potencjału infrastruktury na potrzeby diagnostyki i leczenia pacjentów onkologicznych w ośrodku SOLO III dla województwa łódzkiego.” dla Wojewódzkiego Wielospecjalistycznego Centrum Onkologii i Traumatologii im. M. Kopernika w Łodzi. Zamówienie obejmuje 1 pakiet. Oferta musi obejmować całość zamówienia. Oferta dla swojej ważności w pakiecie musi być złożona na wszystkie pozycje. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert na pozycje w ramach pakietów. Pakiet nr 1 - APARAT DO DRENAŻU ELEKTRONICZNEGO JAMY OPŁUCNEJ - 5 szt. Zakres przedmiotowy został szczegółowo opisany w załączeniu do niniejszej SWZ „Zestawienie parametrów technicznych, warunków gwarancji oraz szkoleń” - Załącznik nr 2 oraz wzorze umowy - Załącznik nr 7. Przedmiotowa dostawa współfinansowana jest ze środków Ministerstwa Zdrowia przyznanych Umową na realizację projektu pn: „Wzmocnienie potencjału infrastruktury na potrzeby diagnostyki i leczenia pacjentów onkologicznych w ośrodku SOLO III dla województwa łódzkiego.” W związku z powyższym Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość unieważnienia postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia w przypadku nieuzyskania środków finansowych niezbędnych do realizacji przedsięwzięcia. Zgodnie z art. 257 oraz art. 310 ustawy Prawo zamówień publicznych Zamawiający może unieważnić postępowanie, jeżeli środki publiczne, które zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia, nie zostały mu przyznane.
