Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa sprzętu medycznego o parametrach technicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4a, 4b i 4c do SWZ, zwanym dalej „sprzętem”, wraz z instalacją oraz przeszkoleniem pracowników Zamawiającego. 2. Przedmiot niniejszego zamówienia obejmuje następujące części: Część 1 - Stacja planowania leczenia w radioterapii (4 sztuki) o parametrach technicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4a do SWZ; Część 2 - Opcja CBCT (4 sztuki) o parametrach technicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4b do SWZ; Część 3 - Aparat rentgenowski (przyłóżkowy) (2 sztuki) o parametrach technicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4c do SWZ; 3. Wymieniony wyżej sprzęt musi spełniać warunki graniczne określone odpowiednio w Załączniku numer 4a, 4b i 4c do SWZ. Niespełnienie chociażby jednego z warunków granicznych określonych odpowiednio w Załączniku numer 4a, 4b i 4c do SWZ spowoduje odrzucenie oferty. 4. Przedmiot zamówienia dofinansowany jest ze środków Funduszu Medycznego w ramach dotacji celowej udzielonej przez Skarb Państwa - Ministra Zdrowia na podstawie umowy nr DOI/FM/SIS/ONKO/2026/25/181 na dofinansowanie realizacji programu inwestycyjnego pn. „Rozwój terapii onkologicznej przez zapewnienie innowacyjnych i kompleksowych metod diagnostycznych i leczniczych w Uniwersyteckim Centrum Klinicznym”, zawartej w dniu 29.04.2026 roku między Skarbem Państwa - Ministrem Zdrowia, a Uniwersyteckim Centrum Klinicznym.
