1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa komputerów, monitorów i skanerów na potrzeby sądów apelacji białostockiej. 2. W zakres przedmiotu zamówienia wchodzą: 1) Część 1: Monitor do 24” - 192 szt.; 2) Część 2: Monitor do 27” - 264 szt.; 3) Część 3: Skaner płaski A3 z dołączonym automatycznym podajnikiem dokumentów (ADF) A3 - 10 szt.; 4) Część 4: Skaner płaski A4 - 19 szt.; 5) Część 5: Komputer stacjonarny - 87 szt. 3. Zamawiający zastrzega opcjonalną dostawę maksymalnie 6 sztuk skanerów płaskich A3 z dołączonym automatycznym podajnikiem dokumentów (ADF) A3. O zamiarze skorzystania z opcji zamawiający poinformuje wykonawcę odrębnym pismem przed zawarciem umowy podstawowej. 4. Szczegółowy opis oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia zawierają: 1) Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia (Formularz parametrów techniczno-funkcjonalnych), stanowiący załącznik nr 1 do SWZ; 2) Wzór umowy, stanowiący załącznik nr 11 do SWZ. 1.
