Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wdrożenie e-usług administracji publicznej w Gminie Wizna, obejmujące dostawę i wdrożenie infrastruktury informatycznej, oprogramowania oraz wykonanie dedykowanej infrastruktury teleinformatycznej i elektroenergetycznej w budynku Urzędu Gminy w Wiźnie. Zamówienie zostało podzielone na dwie części. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa, instalacja, konfiguracja i uruchomienie infrastruktury informatycznej oraz oprogramowania, obejmujących w szczególności serwery, macierz dyskową, przełączniki sieciowe, system bezpieczeństwa UTM, urządzenia do wykonywania kopii zapasowych, system wirtualizacji, platformę e-usług mieszkańca, system EZD, portal partycypacji społecznej, aplikację mobilną, rozbudowę systemów dziedzinowych, szkolenia oraz wdrożenie kompletnego rozwiązania. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określa Załącznik nr 2.1 do SWZ.; Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zaprojektowanie i wykonanie infrastruktury teleinformatycznej i elektroenergetycznej w budynku Urzędu Gminy w Wiźnie w formule „zaprojektuj i wybuduj”, obejmujące w szczególności wykonanie nowej sieci LAN wraz z dedykowaną instalacją zasilającą, okablowania strukturalnego i światłowodowego, punktów elektryczno-logicznych, punktów kamerowych i punktów Wi-Fi, tras kablowych, dokumentacji projektowej i powykonawczej oraz wykonanie wymaganych pomiarów i uruchomień. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Załącznik nr 2.2 do SWZ.
