Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Zakup, dostawa, montaż i uruchomienie 12 szt. Bramek automatycznej kontroli granicznej „ABC”, z przeznaczeniem dla Placówki Straży Granicznej we Wrocławiu - Strachowicach, na zasadach i w zakresie określonym w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy, Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia oraz SWZ. Zakres zamówienia obejmuje w szczególności demontaż 8 dotychczas użytkowanych bramek ABC, dostawę, montaż, konfigurację i uruchomienie 8 nowych bramek w miejscach wskazanych przez Zamawiającego oraz dostawę, montaż, konfigurację i uruchomienie 4 nowych bramek ABC w lokalizacjach wskazanych przez Zamawiającego. Łącznie Wykonawca dostarczy i uruchomi 12 sztuk bramek ABC wraz z urządzeniami peryferyjnymi, stacjami zarządzającymi, rejestratorami CCTV, licencjami, oprogramowaniem, dokumentacją, szkoleniami, testami, pilotażem, uruchomieniem produkcyjnym oraz wsparciem gwarancyjnym. Dostarczone bramki ABC muszą współpracować z systemem informatycznym Straży Granicznej ZSE6, z wykorzystaniem interfejsu programistycznego zabezpieczonego certyfikatem klienta, tzw. podwójnym SSL, i nie mogą zakłócać pracy systemów Straży Granicznej ani infrastruktury portu lotniczego. Miejscem dostawy, montażu i uruchomienia jest Port Lotniczy Wrocław S.A., ul. Graniczna 190, 54-530 Wrocław. Zamawiający informuje, że realizacja przedmiotu zamówienia jest planowana do finansowania ze środków pochodzących ze Skarbu Państwa. Na dzień wszczęcia postępowania Zamawiający nie zawarł umowy o dofinansowanie, w ramach której ma być realizowane niniejsze zamówienie. Na podstawie art. 257 ustawy Pzp, Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość unieważnienia postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia, jeżeli środki publiczne, które Zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia, nie zostaną mu przyznane, w szczególności w przypadku niepodpisania umowy o dofinansowanie projektu albo przyznania dofinansowania w wysokości niewystarczającej do sfinansowania zamówienia.
