Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowa dostawa gazu ziemnego wysokometanowego typu E, obejmująca sprzedaż paliwa gazowego oraz świadczenie usług dystrybucji do obiektów Portu Lotniczego Wrocław S.A. w 2027 roku. Kompleksowa dostawa będzie realizowana w okresie od początku pierwszego miesiąca gazowego przypadającego w 2027 r. do końca ostatniego miesiąca gazowego przypadającego w 2027 r., tj. od godziny 06:00 dnia 1 stycznia 2027 r. do godziny 06:00 dnia 1 stycznia 2028 r., z zastrzeżeniem możliwości wydłużenia okresu realizacji na zasadach określonych w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy. W celu realizacji zamówienia Wykonawca musi posiadać uprawnienia wymagane przepisami prawa do obrotu paliwami gazowymi oraz mieć zapewnioną możliwość świadczenia usługi kompleksowej za pośrednictwem właściwego Operatora Systemu Dystrybucyjnego (OSD), w szczególności na podstawie obowiązującej umowy z OSD umożliwiającej realizację dostaw do punktów poboru gazu Zamawiającego. Zamówienie obejmuje kompleksową dostawę gazu ziemnego do punktów poboru gazu (PPG) Zamawiającego. Na dzień przygotowania postępowania trzy PPG są przyłączone i użytkowane (TP, GA i WAMS), a punkt WAMS 3 jest w trakcie przyłączania i zgodnie z założeniami Zamawiającego ma zostać objęty sprzedażą w I kwartale 2027 r. Szczegółowe numery, adresy, parametry i prognozy zużycia PPG określa OPZ. Prognozowane zużycie gazu ziemnego w okresie realizacji zamówienia wynosi łącznie 9 755 321 kWh, w tym 9 274 303 kWh dla już podłączonych PPG (TP, GA, WAMS) oraz 481 018 kWh dla WAMS 3. Zamawiający gwarantuje minimalny łączny odbiór na poziomie 85% prognozowanego zużycia dla już podłączonych PPG, tj. 7 883 157 kWh. Minimalny wolumen nie obejmuje WAMS 3 ani dodatkowych PPG przyłączonych lub włączonych do umowy po jej zawarciu. Tytuł prawny do korzystania z obiektu: Własność/Dzierżawa/Użytkowanie Portu Lotniczego Wrocław S.A. Układy pomiarowo-rozliczeniowe oraz parametry techniczne poszczególnych PPG: zgodnie z OPZ i warunkami właściwego OSD. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz sposób realizacji zawiera projekt umowy wraz z załącznikami, w tym Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia, stanowiący Załącznik nr 1A do projektu umowy (Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ). Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość włączenia do umowy dodatkowych PPG w okresie jej obowiązywania na zasadach określonych w projekcie umowy.
