1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest doposażenie do zadania „Budowa budynku warsztatowego z przeznaczeniem do obsługi i napraw czołgów w Elblągu - dostawa i montaż systemu FONET”. 2. Szczegółowo przedmiot zamówienia opisano w załącznikach nr 2, 3, 4 do Zaproszenia do negocjacji. 3. Miejsce realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia: ul. Łęczycka 10-12, 82-300 Elbląg. 4. Wykonawca udzieli gwarancji na przedmiot umowy: 24 miesiące na dostarczony sprzęt (z wyłączeniem pakietów akumulatorowych oraz okablowania) 12 miesięcy na pakiety akumulatorowe oraz okablowanie. 5.Wymagany termin wykonania zamówienia z uzyskaniem efektu rzeczowego: od dnia podpisania umowy do dnia 30.11.2026 r. 1.
