Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup systemu do bezmarkerowej TIDFCH w ramach zadania zakup niezbędnego wyposażenia do realizacji świadczeń na rzecz dzieci z mózgowym porażeniem dziecięcym (MPD) zaplanowanych na potrzeby projektów pn. „Wykorzystanie nowoczesnych technologii diagnostycznych i zrobotyzowanych systemów rehabilitacji w terapii dzieci z mózgowym porażeniem dziecięcym w Mazowieckim Centrum Neuropsychiatrii Sp. z o.o. w Zagórzu - edycja III dla RWS.” oraz „Wykorzystanie nowoczesnych technologii diagnostycznych i zrobotyzowanych systemów rehabilitacji w terapii dzieci z mózgowym porażeniem dziecięcym w Mazowieckim Centrum Neuropsychiatrii Sp. z o.o. w Zagórzu - edycja III dla RMR.”, współfinansowanych z Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego Plus w ramach Priorytetu VII „Fundusze Europejskie dla aktywnej integracji oraz rozwoju usług społecznych i zdrowotnych na Mazowszu" Działanie 8.5 Usługi społeczne o zdrowotne programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Mazowsza 2021-2-27, wraz z dostawę i montażem. W ramach realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia, Wykonawca zobowiązany jest dostarczyć: 1) kamery wideo do bezmarkerowej analizy ruchu, stanowiące wyrób medyczny oznakowany znakiem CE zgodnie z rozporządzeniem (UE) 2017/745 (MDR) - min. 8 szt., 2) zestaw akcesoriów montażowych i kalibracyjnych do 8 kamer (uchwyty ścienne z głowicami 3D, okablowanie, urządzenia sieciowe i zasilacze, zestaw kalibracyjny) - 1 kpl., 3) oprogramowanie do analizy bezmarkerowej - licencja bezterminowa na jedno stanowisko, 4) pakiet aktualizacji oraz wsparcia technicznego dla oprogramowania do 36 miesięcy, 5) stacja komputerowa (PC) wraz z oprogramowaniem umożliwiającym użytkowanie systemu bez markerowego.
