Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest budowa oraz wyposażenie układu do monitorowania i sterowania obiektów sieciowych eksploatowanych przez Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Sp. z o.o. w Rudzie Śląskiej (dalej: „System” lub „System monitoringu”). Celem zamówienia jest wykonanie jednego, spójnego systemu umożliwiającego wizualizację, zdalne sterowanie i analizę pracy monitorowanych przez Zamawiającego obiektów i urządzeń, w szczególności pompowni wody, punktów zakupu wody, reduktorów ciśnienia, studni kontrolnych, przepompowni ścieków, przepływomierzy ścieków, zbiorników retencyjnych, przelewów burzowych i deszczomierzy, wraz z wyposażeniem dyspozytorni. Zamówienie obejmuje dwa zadania: Zadanie nr 1 - wykonanie kompletnego Systemu monitoringu wraz z dostawą, montażem, uruchomieniem, konfiguracją i integracją sprzętu oraz oprogramowania, wyposażeniem dyspozytorni, szkoleniami i dokumentacją; Zadanie nr 2 - świadczenie usługi wsparcia technicznego w pełnym zakresie po zakończeniu okresu gwarancyjnego przez 60 miesięcy. Zakres ilościowy i funkcjonalny określa OPZ. W zakresie interfejsów użytkownika Zamawiający uwzględnił wymagania dostępności dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami, zgodnie z art. 100 ustawy Pzp. Interfejs webowy powinien spełniać wymagania WCAG 2.1 na poziomie AA, zgodnie z wymaganiami określonymi w OPZ. Szczegółowy zakres, parametry techniczne, funkcjonalne i integracyjne, wymagania cyberbezpieczeństwa, zasady wdrożenia, odbioru, gwarancji i wsparcia technicznego określa Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia stanowiący Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
