Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa fabrycznie nowego, wyprodukowanego nie wcześniej niż w 2026 r., samochodu specjalistycznego do wywozu nieczystości ciekłych oraz czyszczenia kanalizacji z systemem recyklingu, wraz z wymaganym wyposażeniem i dokumentacją, zgodnie z wymaganiami określonymi w niniejszej SWZ, w szczególności w Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ), stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ, oraz na warunkach określonych w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy, stanowiących Załącznik nr 6 do SWZ Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa fabrycznie nowego, wyprodukowanego nie wcześniej niż w 2026 r., samochodu specjalistycznego przeznaczonego do wywozu nieczystości ciekłych oraz czyszczenia kanalizacji, wyposażonego w system recyklingu, wraz z wymaganym wyposażeniem i dokumentacją. Szczegółowe wymagania techniczne i funkcjonalne dotyczące pojazdu, jego wyposażenia oraz systemu recyklingu określono w Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ), stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. Zamówienie obejmuje również dostawę pojazdu zgodnego z wymaganiami określonymi w SWZ oraz na warunkach określonych w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy.
