1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: świadczenie usług wypożyczania sprzętu gastronomicznego na potrzeby Wrocławskiego Przedsiębiorstwa Hala Ludowa Sp. z o.o. we Wrocławiu z podziałem na dwie części zamówienia: 1) część nr 1 - świadczenie usług wypożyczania sprzętu gastronomicznego - FRONT; 2) część nr 2 - świadczenie usług wypożyczania sprzętu gastronomicznego - KUCHNIA; 2. Przedmiot zamówienia określony jest kodami CPV: 1) w części nr 1 zamówienia: • 39220000-0: Sprzęt kuchenny, artykuły gospodarstwa domowego i artykuły domowe oraz artykuły cateringowe; • 39222000-4: Artykuły cateringowe; • 39310000-8: Urządzenia zaopatrzeniowe; 2) w części nr 2 zamówienia: • 39220000-0: Sprzęt kuchenny, artykuły gospodarstwa domowego i artykuły domowe oraz artykuły cateringowe; • 39222000-4: Artykuły cateringowe; • 39310000-8: Urządzenia zaopatrzeniowe; • 39314000-6: Przemysłowy sprzęt kuchenny. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz opis wymagań Zamawiającego w zakresie realizacji znajduje się w: Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia, Załączniku nr 2.1 - 2.2 do SWZ - Formularz asortymentowo - cenowy oraz w Załączniku nr 7 do SWZ - Projektowane postanowienia umowy. 4. Zamawiający dokonuje podziału zamówienia na części w ramach bieżącego postępowania i tym samym dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych. 5. Zamawiający nie ogranicza liczby części, na które wykonawca może złożyć ofertę. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług wypożyczania sprzętu gastronomicznego na rzecz WP Hala Ludowa Sp. z o.o.
