Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług gospodarki leśnej w następującym zakresie: Wprowadzenie sztucznego odnowienia, Zabezpieczenie upraw przed szkodami łowieckimi, Pielęgnacja upraw leśnych, Pielęgnacja gleby na uprawach, Zabiegi gospodarcze w młodszych klasach wieku, Cięcia krajobrazowe, Pielęgnacja zieleni niskiej i wysokiej przy ciągach spacerowych, Cięcia sanitarne i przygodne związane z bezpieczeństwem turystów Szczególne uwarunkowania dotyczące realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia: Ze względu na szczególny charakter drzewostanów Lasu Wolskiego przy realizacji wszystkich zadań Wykonawcę obowiązuje zakaz używania ciężkich maszyn typu: forwarder, harwester, skidder oraz wszelkich maszyn, bądź ich zestawów, których masa całkowita przekraczałaby 5 t. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do wskazania osoby nadzorującej prace, która będzie upoważniona do bezpośrednich i bieżących kontaktów z Zamawiającym. Wymagania dotyczące zasad i sposobu wykonywania prac wynikają z faktu, iż Las Wolski jest lasem komunalnym, silnie penetrowanym przez licznych turystów, ponadto jest on lasem ochronnym (na podstawie decyzji Wojewody Małopolskiego nr ŚR. IV. KP.6113-1-04 z dnia 26.10.2004r.). Sposób prowadzonych tu prac leśnych ma charakter zdecydowanie ochronny (nie związany z produkcją sortymentów drzewnych) zupełnie inny, niż w produkcyjnych drzewostanach gospodarstw leśnych. Prace leśne w Lesie Wolskim wykonywane są na podstawie aktualnego uproszczonego planu urządzania lasu.. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do wykonywania prac zgodnie z Rozporządzeniem Ministra Środowiska (D.U. poz. 2408 z dnia 18.12.2017r.) w sprawie wymagań dobrej praktyki w zakresie gospodarki leśnej.
