1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa ryb. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia w zakresie minimalnych wymagań jakościowych stanowi: załącznik nr 5 do SWZ. 3. Szczegółową specyfikację ilościową określa - załącznik nr 1A do SWZ. Załącznik ten stanowi równocześnie formularz kalkulacji ceny ofertowej. 4. Integralną część opisu przedmiotu zamówienia stanowią również projektowane postanowienia umowy (załącznik nr 4 do SWZ).
