1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Wykonanie robót kominiarskich niemożliwych do zaplanowania w zasobie Gminy Siemianowice Śląskie Opis przedmiotu zamówienia: 2. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Wykonanie robót kominiarskich niemożliwych do zaplanowania w zasobie Gminy Siemianowice Śląskie Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Przedmiar robót, STWiORB - Dodatek nr 3 do SWZ. W przypadku wykorzystania któregoś rodzaju robót wskazanych w pozycjach kosztorysowych przy jednoczesnym niewykorzystaniu innego rodzaju robót, Prowadzący postępowanie dopuszcza zmianę szacunkowych ilości wymienionych w kosztorysie ofertowym Wykonawcy poprzez zmianę ilości w ramach poszczególnych rodzajów robót (pozycji kosztorysowych), przy jednoczesnym zachowaniu cen jednostkowych brutto (określonych w kosztorysie ofertowym) i nie przekroczeniu maksymalnej wartości umowy brutto określonej w złożonej ofercie i zawartej umowie. Dokonana przez Prowadzącego postępowanie zmiana nie będzie stanowić podstawy roszczeń Wykonawcy. Prowadzący postępowanie informuje, iż w trakcie trwania umowy mogą wystąpić roboty nieprzewidziane, w takim przypadku Wykonawca zastosuje stawki i narzuty zgodnie z kosztorysem ofertowym, a cena materiałów (bez kosztów zakupu) i sprzętu nie może przekroczyć średnich wartości „SEKOCENBUD”-u z poprzedniego kwartału. Na żądanie osoby Prowadzącego postępowanie Wykonawca ma obowiązek przedstawienia faktur za zakupione materiały. Wykonawca udzieli Zamawiającemu gwarancji jakości na roboty będące przedmiotem zamówienia, na okres 60 miesięcy, licząc od dnia następnego po dniu protokolarnego odbioru bez zastrzeżeń całości przedmiotu zamówienia, wykonanego na warunkach określonych w Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia.
