The works are delivered under a 'design and build' formula in two stages: first, preparation of the design documentation, then the construction works, which may begin only once the documentation is approved. The contractor must prepare and agree a works programme and schedule, ensure continuous liability insurance at least equal to the offer price, and cover all costs of demolition, transport, storage and disposal of waste, providing disposal documents on request. All works, supplies and services necessary for the investment are deemed included.
