Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zaprojektowanie i wykonanie robót budowlanych wchodzących w zakres Kontraktu W-3/R „Modernizacja SUW Drwęca-Jedwabno”. Kontrakt obejmuje modernizację chlorowni wraz z instalacją przesyłu roztworu wodnego podchlorynu sodu na terenie SUW Drwęca-Jedwabno, w szczególności: opracowanie koncepcji i niezbędnej dokumentacji projektowej wszystkich branż oraz uzyskanie wymaganych decyzji i uzgodnień; likwidację istniejących instalacji chloru i dwutlenku chloru; zaprojektowanie, dostawę i wykonanie instalacji produkcji podchlorynu sodu metodą elektrolizy chlorku sodu oraz jego magazynowania, przesyłu i dozowania; przebudowę i remont budynku chlorowni oraz infrastruktury towarzyszącej; wykonanie instalacji elektrycznych i AKPiA oraz integrację z systemem SCADA; wymianę urządzeń monitoringu on-line jakości wody; przeprowadzenie prób, rozruchu i szkolenia personelu Zamawiającego oraz przekazanie dokumentacji wymaganej do użytkowania i eksploatacji. Prace należy prowadzić z zachowaniem ciągłości dezynfekcji wody i pracy SUW. Roboty będą realizowane zgodnie z Warunkami Kontraktowymi dla Urządzeń oraz Projektowania i Budowy dla urządzeń elektrycznych i mechanicznych oraz robót inżynieryjnych i budowlanych projektowanych przez Wykonawcę, czwarte wydanie angielsko-polskie niezmienione 2008 (z erratą), tłumaczenie pierwszego angielskiego oryginału wydanego w 1999 roku przez Międzynarodową Federację Inżynierów-Konsultantów (Fédération Internationale des Ingénieurs-Conseils - FIDIC). Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ - Program Funkcjonalno-Użytkowy (PFU).
